Have you ever been to Sizergh Castle and Garden? You should go, especially in the summer!
The Strickland family owned the estate for around 750 years, and construction began on the gardens in the 1920s. Sizergh Castle’s rock garden is now the largest rock garden owned by the National Trust. There are all kinds of flora and fauna to see, navigated by a seemingly endless maze of paths. On a beautiful summer’s day, such as in this photo, the estate looks spellbindingly gorgeous.
