After clambering around the weird and wonderful jenga-like coast at Elgol, I joined Lisabet on top of a “seat” formed by criss-crossing layers of limestone.
We sat together, in silence, watching the clouds swirl above and the sea thrashing below. Light passed over us, scanned the sea, and danced around the alpine features of the Black Cuillin range. The wind refreshed our faces and filled our nostrils. This was Skye. We were here. And we were glad.
